STRATEGY

A participatory approach, where the beneficiaries themselves are directly involved in the program designing, implementation and evaluation of the project. There are Village Development Committees and Parent Advisory Committees with responsibilities of program designing and monitoring the implementation process.

THE PROCESS CONCEPT

"Helping to grow and growing to help" and "Help us to help the needy" are our motto's. We believe that the development process is an interlinked one where the project as well as beneficiaries has mutual benefits in terms of learning and experiences. The entire process is one of a reciprocator.
